Terms Of Sale & Health Guarantee: 

General Terms

Both parties agree to the following terms of sale and health guarantee: (Applies only to the original buyer)

Breeding Standards and Temperament

Our Savannah kittens are responsibly bred for health, temperament, and beauty. Each of our kittens is handled, loved, and observed through the many weeks before leaving with their new family. Our best efforts are given in communicating with each new family the temperament we see in each of our kittens. Our Savannah kittens are, by nature, loving, gentle, family kittens, exhibiting non-aggressive behavior. However, we make no guarantee about the eventual temperament or personality of your kitten, as we cannot control the influence of environment or training given in each new home.

Health at Time of Sale

The kitten is in good health and has been immunized and dewormed according to the accompanying health record of said Savannah kitten. All Savannah kitten have been examined by a licensed Veterinarian before they are delivered to the buyer.

Buyer's Veterinary Obligations

The buyer agrees to have the Savannah kitten examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 10 days from the date of purchase. If the Veterinarian does not give the kitten a clean bill of health, the Seller/Breeder must be notified immediately. Any correctable condition or one that will resolve itself with time is not covered.

Health Condition at Delivery and Return Policy

If the kitten is found not to be in good health, Seller/Breeder will resume possession if this is agreeable to both parties, with a full refund, upon seller's receipt of a letter from a licensed Veterinarian, stating the kitten's untreatable condition, within 10 days of delivery of kitten to your home. Seller/Breeder reserves the right to have the kitten re-examined by our Veterinarian at our cost.

Responsibility for Veterinary Charges

The breeder/seller assumes no responsibility for any incurred Veterinarian charges. Any charges involved in the return of the kitten (travel expenses, airfare, health certificate, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer. Seller/Breeder does not assume responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after 3 days from the date of purchase.

Buyer's Care Obligations

The Buyer agrees that this kitten will be given adequate shelter and housed securely. This kitten will not be neglected, allowed to roam free, or mistreated in any manner. This kitten will not be restrained by chaining to a stationary object (tree, post, etc.).

Ongoing Veterinary Care

The kitten will receive appropriate veterinary care throughout its lifetime. 

Liability Disclaimer

Buyer also agrees to forever hold harmless the Seller/Breeder and his/her immediate family and/or all persons and entities associated with the Seller/Breeder generally and specifically from any and all liability for death, personal injury, or property damage resulting in any way from this dog or Buyer's ownership of this Savannah kitten.

No guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, are given by Golden Savannah and Mike & Julia Kravets, the Seller/Breeders, except those stated herein. By signing this agreement the buyer understands and agrees to all of its content.
